To disable the stupid feature in WinXP which tries to send a report to microsoft every time a program crashes you will have to do this: *************************************************************************
Open Control Panel
Click on Preformance and Maintenance.
Click on System.
Then click on the Advanced tab
Click on the error reporting button on the bottom of the windows.
Select Disable error reporting.
Click OK
Click OK

open notepad dump the following lines into it and save it with the name OEMINFO.INI in the c:\windows\system32 directory: [General]

1. Save the file.
2. Then make a right click on my computer, select properties, in the general tab a button will be highlighted (support information) make a click on it, you will be able to see the changes.
