Windows Internet Explorer is not responding while click on it

Step 1. Clear all stored private data in Internet Explorer.
The first step I did is to clear browsing history, cookies,and temporary Internet files from Windows Internet Explorer. As IE is not responding I did it from the control panel. To do this I followed the steps below.
1. Click on start and select control panel
2. Double Click Internet Options(in classic view)
3. Cleared history, temporary files and cookies
Step 2: Restore to default settings
To restore the settings on Internet Explorer to the default settings follow the steps below.
1. Click on start and select control panel
2. Double Click Internet Options(in classic view)
3. Click on Advance tab
4. Click on Restore Defaults
Step 3: Disable all Add-ons on Internet Explorer
To disable all installed Add-ons follow the steps below.
1. Click on start and select control panel
2. Double Click Internet Options(in classic view)
3. Click on programs tab
4. Click on Manage Add-ons
5. Disable the newly installed Add-ons and click OK
