2 easy ways to store your files on Gmail

If you search the web from your company’s office, school or public library, you have probably already realized that many of the most popular or slightly off color web sites have been blocked.
Web sites that have been blocked can include Myspace.com, Youtube.com, your favorite forum and even many entertainment/gossip sites that offer blue humor etc. If you want to take back your web and once again regain full access to the internet, you will have to unblock web sites.

How Web Sites are Blocked:
In order to explain how to unblock web sites, it is important to understand how specific web sites first become blocked.
Blocked web sites are usually the result of special software that is loaded onto your computer that works with your internet browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, in which you can adjust the options to allow or block specific web sites.

In addition, when it comes to large computer networks (like the ones you might find at your corporate office or school), a firewall is usually involved and this resource is also used to block specific web sites of the organization’s choosing.

While it is fairly easy to block web sites, unblocking web sites can sometimes be a difficult task to achieve. However, following are a few tips that will definitely level the playing field, giving you the ability to access almost any blocked web site.

How to Unblock a Website:
Unblocking a web site can be accomplished whether you are at the office, at a school computer or using a public computer at some libraries or internet cafes. In order to unblock a web site you have to some way circumvent or disable the web site blocking software, the web browser or the firewall that is being used to block a web site. There are a few strategies to accomplish this task.

Proxy servers (sometimes called web site anonymizers because they make the computer user anonymous) circumvent filters on the computer or even the firewall due to the way these sites operate. Proxy servers are computers outside your company’s firewalls easily accessed via the internet. They have their own IP address and are able to be controlled via your computer. Your computer connects to a proxy server and the proxy server is the computer that makes the connection with the blocked web site. The proxy server then shows you the contents of the page. You can view the web site and even interact with the web site through the proxy server- even though it is blocked by your computer or firewall. This is achieved because it is not your computer interacting with the web site, but a third party – the proxy server that makes the connection with the blocked site. (For more information, read Proxy servers and web proxies)

Here are some proxies:

Here are some web sites where you can find lists of proxy servers:

How To Change Settings on an Individual Computer:
This tip on unblocking a web site usually only works on individual computers that connect directly to the internet. If you are using a computer on a network connected to a firewall overseen by an administrator – the chances are that this strategy will not be effective.
Obviously if you are an individual computer that has either special blocking software or browser options set to block a specific web site, you may be able to change the setting or disable the blocking software. If the browser you are using is blocking your web site, you will be able to easily change the settings, usually by clicking the tools tab and reconfiguring the options or security tabs located in the browsers. Another work around for a browser that is blocking your web site is to download and use a different browser. For those that have MS Internet Explorer, simply download and use Firefox or vice versa.

For those that are working on an individual computer with special software used to block your web site, you will need to somehow disable the software. You can delete the software, stop the software from loading the next time you start up the computer, or shutdown the software while it is running using the CTRL+ALT+DEL keys (please note: these techniques might not work for all software programs).

Use the IP Address Instead of URL:
In some cases, it is possible to type in the IP address instead of using the URL. The URL is the written web address (e.g., www.mywebsite.com). However, even though we type in letters or words into our browser, the internet and World Wide Web translate these URLs into an IP address such as 99.121.224.67. Sometimes the software or browser will not block an IP, however if your software is able to map the IP address using a reverse DNS look up your site will ultimately stay blocked.

Use URL Redirects:
There are a few web sites that offer URL redirects. For instance, you can create a new URL for the blocked web sites using these redirect services. Once you create a redirect, enter the new URL and have the service forward you to the blocked web site. In certain situations these new URLs are redirected and do not change allowing you to access banned sites. Two types of redirection services include Tinyurl.com and Snipurl.com

Unblock a Web site using Google:
There are many tools or services that Google offers that can help you access blocked web sites. Practically every computer allows you to access Google making these strategies quite attractive.

Google Cache:
Instead of going directly to the web site using the URL, go to the home page of Google and search for the web site or web site page you want to access. Once Google shows you the possible choices that are indexed, choose to retrieve the blocked web page using Google’s cache copy of the page. Since these pages are copied into Google’s database, in most cases the site will not be blocked.

Google Mobile Search:
Google’s Mobile search can help one circumvent a blocked site. When Google translates a normal HTML web page into a mobile page it removes certain parts of the web page (CSS scripts and JavaScript’s) it also reconfigures the sites view to make a large page into smaller sized pages. During this translation process, it is possible that many block software programs will not be able to recognize the page as being one that should be blocked.

Google Proxy:
We all know that Google is not specifically a proxy, but it can be used for much more than just searching the internet. Below is a code that uses Google’s language translation tool. When Google translates a web site into a different language it acts as a go-between (similar to a proxy server). The code below which comes from the site www.oreillynet.com will translate any web page into English. Meaning you can translate a web paged in English back to English using Google as a proxy like tool. Just change the URL (forbiddensite.com) with the site that you are trying to gain access to.

5 Tips and Tricks For Windows Live MSN Messenger

5 Tips and Tricks For Windows Live MSN Messenger - Screenshot 001

Windows Live Messenger, formally known has MSN Messenger (provided by Microsoft), has to be one of my favourite messaging clients.
I am on MSN Messenger  almost everyday and there are a few nifty features that make the experience a whole lot better.
In this post  I will covering cool Windows Live tips and tricks that you can do without installing any add-ons

1.  Remove Those Annoying Ads:
You may noticed at the very bottom of the Windows Live Messenger main window, they show ads to you. However, if they slightly annoy you from time to time, here is a trick on how to block them.
On your Windows computer, open up Internet Explorer. Click on Tools, then select Internet Options. Click on the Security tab, click on Restricted sites, then click on the Sites button.
5 Tips and Tricks For Windows Live MSN Messenger - Screenshot 002 Then simply add the URL http://rad.msn.com. This serves as the Microsoft ad server and once you restrict this site, Windows Live Messenger will go from this:

2. See Which Contacts Haven’t Added You To Their Contact List:
One of the most searched for keywords on my website is “how do I find out who blocked or deleted me on MSN”. It is really simple to find the answer and you don’t have to install any software on your computer or spy on your friends.
In Windows Live Messenger just go to Tools –> Options, go to the Privacy section, and under Contact List, click on View. The list that is presented to you are all your contacts that have got you on their contact list. If a contact of yours is not on that list, they have either not added you or have deleted you because they don’t want to talk to you anymore – yes I know the feeling.
If going through that list will take a while, you can also download aMSN (which is a excellent portable MSN program for your USB drive). When you view your contacts, the contacts that do not have you on their list will have a red cross next to them.

Another good thing is that you can send unlimited nudges to your friends.

3. Remote Assistance:
Did you know  that  with Windows Live Messenger  you can Request Remote Assistantce? Just simply start a chat, select activities and click request remote assistance.

Accept all the prompts, then the other person will be able to view your screen, and they can control your computer if you wish for them too.

If it doesn’t work, make sure “Allow Remote Assistance” is enabled by right clicking on My Computer, select properties, Remote, and tick the box.

4. Changing Your Display Name:
Want to impress your friends and have a cool name and spell your name like ĜмдїιǾМ? Well, if you open up Microsoft Word for example, find some symbols that look like characters, or even change the font, you can then paste that text into your display name field on MSN. If you want, you can also draw images like these ones.
Here are a few examples
Press Alt+0153 to get a ™ symbol
Press Alt+0169 to get a © symbol
Press Alt+0164 to get a ¤ symbol
Press Alt+0166 to get a ¦ symbol
And so on…

5. View Contacts By Email Address:
You may notice that in the new version of Windows Live Messenger, there is no option to view contacts by email address. I for one, view all my contacts by email address as I know contacts cannot change it (unlike display names which some contacts change all the time). By viewing contacts by email address, I know I am talking to who I want to talk to.
If you are in the same situation as me, here is a workaround to view your contacts by email address. However, it may be a bit time consuming.
What you have to do is give all your contacts nicknames when they are online. Just right-click on the contact, select edit contact, and copy and paste their email address into the Nickname box.

Unfortunately it may take some time to do this for all your contacts, but this is the only and easiest way I have found to view contacts by email.

How to Use Templates and Auto-Responders in GMail

Do you have a GMail account? Of course you do. 7GB of space and a great interface make it a no-brainer. Even if you’re only using it as a throw-away spam-catching account, there’s little doubt that GMail is a great tool for private and business use.
However, GMail can be a little quirky and use terminology which is different to other email clients. Many people depend on pre-configured templates and automatic responders but they don’t appear to be available in the default interface. Fortunately, they’re only a few clicks away…

Enable “Canned Responses”

Your first task is to enable “Canned Responses” in Settings > Labs:
GMail Canned Responses feature
Click Enable then scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. That’s the hard part over with.

Using email templates

To create a new template, compose a new email and enter the text you require. When it’s complete, click the Canned Responses drop-down (below the Subject line) and choose New canned response….
GMail save email template
You’ll be prompted for the canned response name.
From now on, that text can be inserted at the cursor location by clicking the Canned Responses drop-down and choosing an item under Insert:
GMail use email template

Creating email auto-responders

Auto-responders automatically return a reply to people who send you a message. In GMail, they’re handled using filters — rules applied when a message is received.
To create an auto-responder, click Settings > Filters, then Create a new filter.
GMail email auto-responder filter
You can now define which messages should receive automatic responses. It can be from one or more addresses, domains, sent to a specific address, contain or omit text in the subject or body, or have an attachment. Click Test Search to view matching messages in your account.
Once you’re happy with the filter, click Next Step:
GMail email auto-responder
Tick Send canned response and select the response you require. Hit Create Filter and you’re done.

Tempomail

Don't like to register your email on every web site that requests it? Then you should use the excellent online service from tempomail. You setup a temporary email address with a fixed lifespan, choose how long it should live (4 hours to a month) and connect it to your real email address. The temporary email address will forward all emails to your real address until the expiration time. Now you don't need to worry about leaving your email address on web sites!
And, to make it even better: use the firefox extension available on the web site and you can right-click on any field requiring an email address and just paste in the resulting temporary email address from tempomail directly into the field. Extremely simple!

Gmail

This is probably knocking down an open door, but I have to mention Gmail. I have been using Gmail for several years, and I think it is the best free email available. The available storage is huge (more than 6.5 Gb at this point), and it constantly increases. Pair this with a very good web interface, excellent search abilities (this is Google, remember!) and very good labeling features, and you get a superb email service. Another important aspect is the support for third party applications to read your email. Gmail provides both POP3 and IMAP support, which gives good flexibility. Personally, I love the IMAP support, since it gives me the possibility to store all email on Gmail instead of downloading the email to my local computer.

To find the location of your chat friend you need to find his IP address. To find the IP address of your chat friend the best way you can do is set a TCP/IP connection between your computer and your friend’s computer. The steps to perform this are:
How to find the IP Address of your Online Chat friend
The steps to find the IP address of your Yahoo Messenger chat friend while chatting with him are:

If he accepts the file sharing and starts sharing a file there is connection between your computer and his computer starts. This make your computers in peer to peer mode.
2. Open command prompt and type netstat -n command and press enter
Now the list of IP addresses to which your computer has an active TCP/IP connection.
Find the IP Address of your Chat friend
[ I recommend you to perform the same task before establishing the peer to peer connection with your chat friend and note the IP addresses at that time. It will help you to easily identifie your victim's IP address. ]
To get more details than the boring IP address ,you can use the following command.
netstat -a
Note:
Please note that while you process the netstat command your computer and his computer should have an active connection. If there is no connection at that time you will get only the Yahoo chat server IP address instead of his IP address.

How to hack email account password(Using prorat):-

1. First of all download Prorat. Once it is downloaded right click on the folder and choose to extract it. A password prompt will come up. The password will be “pro”.

2. Open up the program. You should see the following:
3. Next we will create the ProRat Trojan server. Click on the “Create” button in the bottom. Choose “Create ProRat Server”.
4. Next put in your IP address so the server could connect to you. If you don’t know your IP address click on the little arrow to have it filled in for you automatically. Next put in your e-mail so that when and if a victim gets infected it will send you a message. We will not be using the rest of the options.[Image: prorat3.bmp]
5. Now Open General settings. This tab is the most important tab. In the check boxes, we will choose the server port the program will connect through, the password you will be asked to enter when the victim is infected and you wish to connect with them, and the victim name. As you can see ProRat has the ability to disable the windows firewall and hide itself from being displayed in the task manager.
Here is a quick overview of what they mean and which should be checked:[Image: prorat4.bmp]
6. Click on the Bind with File button to continue. Here you will have the option to bind the trojan server file with another file. Remember a trojan can only be executed if a human runs it. So by binding it with a legitimate file like a text document or a game, the chances of someone clicking it go up. Check the bind option and select a file to bind it to. A good suggestion is a picture or an ordinary text document because that is a small file and its easier to send to the people you need.
7. Click on the Server Extensions button to continue. Here you choose what kind of server file to generate. I prefer using .exe files, because it is cryptable and has icon support, but exe’s looks suspicious so it would be smart to change it.

8. Click on Server Icon to continue. Here you will choose an icon for your server file to have. The icons help mask what the file actually is. For my example I will choose the regular text document icon since my file is a text document.[Image: prorat8.bmp]
9. After this, press Create server, your server will be in the same folder as ProRat. A new file with name “binded_server” will be created. Rename this file to something describing the picture. A hacker could also put it up as a torrent pretending it is something else, like the latest game that just came out so he could get people to download it.
Very important: Do not open the “binded_server” file on your system.
10. You can send this trojan server via email, pendrive or if you have physical access to the system, go and run the file. You can not send this file via email as “server.exe”, because it will be detected as trojan or virus. Password protect this file with ZIP and then email it. Once your victim download this ZIP file, ask him to unlock it using ZIP password. When the victim will double click on the file, he will be in your control.
11. Now, I will show you what happens when a victim installs the server onto his computer and what the hacker could do next.
Once the victim runs the server on his computer, the trojan will be installed onto his computer in the background. The hacker would then get a message telling him that the victim was infected. He would then connect to his computer by typing in his IP address, port and clicking Connect. He will be asked for the password that he made when he created the server. Once he types it in, he will be connected to the victims computer and have full control over it.[Image: prorat9.bmp]
12. Now the hacker has a lot of options to choose from as you can see on the right. He has access to all victim’s computer files, he can shut down his pc, get all the saved passwords off his computer, send a message to his computer, format his whole hard drive, take a screen shot of his computer, and so much more. Below I’ll show you a few examples.[Image: prorat10.bmp]
13. The image below shows the message that the victim would get on his screen if the hacker chose to message him/her.[Image: prorat11.bmp]
14. Below is an image of the victims task bar after the hacker clicks on Hide Start Button.[Image: prorat12.bmp]
15. Below is an image of what the hacker would see if he chose to take a screen shot of the victims screen.[Image: prorat13.bmp]
As you saw in the above example, a hacker can do a lot of silly things or a lot of damage to the victim. ProRat is a very well known trojan so if the victim has an anti-virus program installed he most likely won’t get infected. Many skilled hackers can program their own viruses and Trojans that can easily bypass anti-virus programs.
ufffff!!!!  Now plz do comment….
